Create a innosetup application with specific properties

Hi Guys, I need someone to create a inno-setup script with the following properties: Check for and install if needed: .NET Framework 4.0 or higher VC++ Runtime 2008 VC++ Runtime 2010 VC++ Runtime 2013 The installer script must install 2 "dummy" files, one a .exe file and one a .zip file. The .exe file should be executed after install completes, and should accept a single string parameter. (e.g. execute '[login to view URL] myparamdata' after install completes). This installer should allow for both x86 and x64 versions of all prerequisites and installation files (different .exe and zip files depending on x64 or x86). This is a very time sensitive project, so I am looking for a innosetup expert that can turn this out in hours, not days - or someone who has something similar already done and can modify it as needed. I am a developer myself, tho not familiar with Innosetup, and I simply do not have the time to learn it for this project. I can provide a "dummy" .exe and .zip file if needed, but as a developer you should be able to as well just as easy (or easier). So long as the zip file is installed in the same physical folder as the .exe file, and so long as the exe file runs and completes as part of the setup, that will be good enough. The exe file will be a updater application that will download and install the latest version of the software this installer handles. The reason for the innosetup file in the first place is to make sure the prereqs are installed and the proper version (x64/x86) of the "[login to view URL]" file is installed in the proper folder. Make the install folder a variable that we can change, as well as any logistic data like company name, software name etc - all standard stuff. :) Any questions, please ask.
