Il s'agit d'un petit logiciel qui à été codé en Pyhton (tournant sous linux), il décrypte des données via un port usb. Je souhaiterai l'adapter pour le faire tourner sur plate-forme windows (8+) ou android. Le budget est juste indicatif, il faut voir l'ampleur de travail.

Well, it depends very much of what Python modules are used and what does the code do... Converting it to C can be easy but also quite complicated, especially for Android. Please ignore the "milestone", it's just a bidding tool requirement. The price is also, as you mentioned, depending on further clarifications. Kind regards, x3x7
