Social Media Army wanted for Facebook, Twitter & Goog+

I am looking for a software or a low-cost partner to have control of an army of Social media accounts and profiles - setup in the US, using real info and quality images. I'm looking for the ability to control 100 to 500 accounts ( all with twitter, fb and g+ setup) - these will them be used to like, retweet or G+ postings and pages URLs I provide. What software can do this now? or combination of softwares. I am willing to pay a finder's fee for this software as well as a bonus if it does all I am looking for.
