Design Simple Magento Store

We would like a simple Magento theme designing for a pet security product. There are basically just two products, but the store must up-sell the accessories, then we want to use PayPal for payment processing. The main work is in the design. We would like something similar to [login to view URL] The main products will appear in the centre then we would like various tabs and links around the main products so that people can find information on specific features and product benefits of interest to them. We already have a website for this product in the form of a long sales letter but are interested in a Magento store version so that people can find the information they are looking for more easily and experience a better flow during the checkout process.
