c# application to upload sqlite database to zohoreports

Please produce a C# console application that takes sqlite database and uploads all the tables and the data in those tables to a zohoreports ([login to view URL]) database. Zoho reports has a very simple rest API ( see [login to view URL] ) There are many examples using a HttpWebClient to upload. The application should take on the command line 1. Username / password for zohoreports 2. Database name to upload the tables to 3. Sqlite database file name If the application should be able to upload large tables (200,000+) rows and give progress as it works (eg uploading table Customers, 50% (4256 rows) complere ) The attached simple sqlite3 interop class for .net must be used to access sqlite (this is very close to the slite3 native api) A sample database will be provided if required, But the application must accept any sqlite database **No function may be longer than 25 lines of code **
