Expert Ruby on Rails Developer

I am looking for a long term partner that is good with development on the Ruby on Rails platform. This partner must have master knowledge of the Ruby on Rails Environment, Cron Jobs, fixing code from a previous developer. My website is currently running on wordpress, but i need to transfer it to Ruby on Rails 3. This current project consists of multiple things: 1. Transfer my current wordpress framework to a ruby on rails 3 framework 2. Fix certain code and make it into a cron jobs rather than what it currently is. (I will explain it further when i give you project.) 3. Adding a new backend admin control to rails framework specified to do all the examples I have in a design 4. Adding a new layout design that I have created and add anything related to that design This is a serious project and only serious bidders are wanted.
