Create Neat and functional Excel Spreadsheet with search capabilities

Hello Excel spreadsheet or other language coder, I need a simple spreadsheet type application written. This limited field datasheet is to track music and song descriptions and lyrics, written in Excel, access or the application of your choice. Excel is probably fastest. The only 6 Fields needed are: Song Title Key Played In (populate as you type of pull down) Theme of the Music (populate as you type or pull down) Date Last Played (calendar selection) Lyrics (in a pdf file) ability to attach an mp3 files in some cases.
