Create an Automotive listing page

Hello, I am building my automotive sales website with Wordpress and a template that I bought on Envato. I need someone who could configure my listing page so that I can use a VIN decoder so it automatically finds the make,model,year,equipement of the vehicle. I want also to intergrate a 360 walk around interior and exterior in my listing along with other information about the vehicle. So I need someone to set this up for easy and fast listing upload.
