Assist me with Bulk Sales

We are a Mobile application going live soon, and need companies to buy in and display their specials, coupons or vouchers with us. We need you to bring in the companies big or a small business (any business with specials etc can join) to partner with us. You will be paid per customer you bring in. The bigger the company the bigger will your commission be. Please do not look at the budget, this will not be correct. If you are a company willing to do a bid please feel free. If you are a freelancer, please tell me in which area will you do the sales/marketing.
