Lead Generation

I am looking for someone to compile an excel database with the contact details of top level executives at test preparation and tutoring businesses around North America that we can populate into our CRM. We will open up this contract to several people and the person that compiles the best database for us during one 8 hour day will be awarded regular weekly work for us.
