DB2, SQL DBA for multi-server/DB environment

Experior Transport is a family-run business with a casual atmosphere who's in need of a DB2/SQL DBA who can be on-call for 5-10hours/week to work alongside our development team at times, and for emergencies. You should know how to properly maintain DB2/SQL systems, ensure optimal settings, build & test stored procedures and control access for user accounts, etc etc. We've begun developing software to integrates our systems that provides new/intuitive functionality for our operations and management teams. Some of this functionality includes creating records based on information in other systems through a combination of inserts and stored procedures. Our team currently communicates via a mix of Slack for chats, Skype for video calls and Webex for larger meetings. Job Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance of current DB2/SQL systems * Ensure opitmal settings * Build and test implementation of stored procedures * Create user accounts with granular access to specific tables/procedures/etc * Be awesome
