Common attributions "cyber security policies"

In attached table there are common attributions for each country 3 main title and each main title include 7 attribution , some of attributions need to be replaced with correct ones that give meaningful and being as tools to for measuring" cyber security policies" , also you must provide sources like : research / journals / papers ...etc, this sources to be as proof of each attribution in this table, as well you should classify in files each attributions to each country, for example : file name " Digital Signature "must contain 7 countries attributions, and so on for other main title, if you understand my request, let me the cost, to be deliver within 24 hours.
