I run a Bpo/Kpo based in Mumbai which offers outsourcing solutions across various business functions to clients based outside India. I will be visiting Sydney, Australia next month to gain new business. You need to generate a list of 100 potential clients in Sydney using LinkedIn (you can search by company in LinkedIn search engine and filter for location and company size too) and web research. Clients should have business location as Sydney, Australia and should be companies with less than 50 employees. You need to find company name, copy paste the description of the nature of their work from linkedin or their websites, the name of the founder/ceo and company website address (from linkedin or google search engine). Nature of work of potential clients: 1st preference: Should be such that has potential of exporting outside Australia or already exporting outside Australia (can be exports to any country, as I offer business development outsourcing) 2nd preference: Should be such that has potential to expand and operate and setup subsidiaries outside Australia 3rd preference: Company does work which can be outsourced like analytics firms, tech companies, any generic operations, finance and accounting, etc. Make an excel file for the list you create. Make 6 columns: Sr No, Company Name, Nature of business (in a few words), Company description (about a paragraph, which can be pasted in a MS Excel cell), Founder name and Website.
