I need a programmer who can write add-on tools for arcgis to customize the way that it is used. Right now, I need a program that will take data from the feature layer's table and calculate sum totals, medians, means, and weighted averages. It should then be possible to display the data on the layout view. Please respond only if you are able to program for ArcGIS. I currently use Arcgis Desktop 9.0. Please respond with any questions.
