Create bindings or port c lib to Python 2.7

Hi there, this is a project in an area which I am very experienced since I have just completed a similar project. I ported C code to be used in Python. Hi, I have a lot of experience with C and Python and I've written many Python wrappers for C libraries and have embedded Python interpreter inside C++ code. I think it will be easier to rewrite this code as pure Python to avoid linking issues and bloat of generated code (swig). I have done a project like that here on freelancer for ip2location Python library.
