Hello I am sorry I cannot come within your given budget guidelines, but I have a minimum fee of $10.00/1,000 words. You have asked for a native English speaker - I would hope that having Level 2 UK English will help convince you, and that having a high pass for Academic Writing will also assure you I am used to working with academic material. I have only 5* ratings for all my work completed - aside from proofreading I also have 5* ratings for over 280 writing and editing projects too. I am fairly new to Freelancer so i don't have as many complated projects as some, but my exceptionally high English skills are proving to be very popular. I can meet your deadline of the 1st July and my working methods are such that all amendments made or suggested are highlighted using MS Word trackchanges. I do this for two reasons. Firstly you can then easily see what has been altered or suggestions made, and secondly it stops you being ripped off by those who just return a document where you can't see any changes but you are told they have been done!
