Automate sending emails from Bullhorn

Currently, we are manually sending emails to our candidates using [login to view URL] and we want to automate it. Right now we copy paste the body part of the email from word file and the first name and the email address of the candidates are in the Excel file and of course we have a Subject as well. So create an application which will automate this procedure. We have tried mass mailing but that results some emails in Junk box and every email is business critical to us. we are open to any application. The email which we send contains: -------------------------------------------- To: <email address> Subject: Position for Java developer. Body: Hi <first name>, {here we copy paste matter from word file}
