Billiards Supply Website revisions

I do Social Media Managing for a Billiards Supply store. He has a website for his company ( [login to view URL] ) and he has a blog where he posts instructional videos about playing pool ([login to view URL] ). We'd like to move the blog from my hostgator hosting to his own hosting (where his store website presently is). Additionally, we would like to remove the "contact" button from the top bar and replace it with a "blog" button that will link to the blog. We are migrating the blog to his business website because we are going to be sending referral links to the blog and we would ideally like that traffic to increase the business website's PR. I would like someone experienced with Wordpress and it's various plug-ins/themes because I want to mirror the look of the PoolBlog to match the look of the Billiards Direct website. I will ask you to please modify the wordpress blog using the necessary log-in info. There are also some minor cosmetic adjustments we would like to make, such as the removal of the "call today" tag at the header, addition of a photo to each of the category pages (less than 10 total), and adding a FB "like" button to the homepage that can link to his business' Facebook fan page.
