Audio Monitor for iphone

I would like an app written for my iphone... not to be distributed until final testing has been completed. The app is to record several sound clips through the internal or plug in microphone, when one of the sound clips are heard again (with some fuzzy logic), the app will send a signal (or sound) through the headset. Initially, this will be a very simple app. to prove the programmers capability for future employment as well as to pitch the idea to investors. -simple record, select clip and store screen -simple monitor and signal screen -must work when on charge or on battery -all coding must be provided -programmer must be enthusiastic about this project as timeline is essential
