Purchased Part Sourcing- Medium volume

I am a freelance mechanical design engineer, and have designed a product for a client. We have built the prototype and are ready for the first medium-scale production run. In the prototype, I used standard off-the shelf purchased components, and paid a high price for them. Now I need to find a supplier to provide us with a good price for the first production run, and maybe to be a long-term supplier in the future. There are 3 components which are proving difficult for me to locate at a decent price for the quantities I am looking for, as some of the manufacturers have a very high minimum order quantity. The parts I am looking to find are: 1. Spring Contact Pin. I used part MNP50-B from Misumi (pdf of catalogue page attached). I am looking for an exact replica or something very similar, as the design can change to suit at this stage. Critical is the rounded end and the M3 threaded connection. Quantity is to be 400 units for now, and maybe 40,000 units per year later. 2. Bellows. I used part F 1040 NBR from Halltech. Critical dimension is the 40mm diameter only. Again, a very close replica would suit, but preferably as shown. Quantity is 200 now, 20,000 per year in the future. 3. Coiled Cable. I used part 750-200 from Burg-Wachter, but this part is now discontinued. I am looking for a cable that is 8mm including coating, with a metal core of at least 4mm (preferably 5mm). Fully extended length to be approximately 2m. Crimped loops on each end. Covering colour to be red or orange and suitable for a rough environment. Quantity 200 now, 20,000 per year in the future. Shipment for each of these parts is to be to Ireland. I am looking for a good price and quick delivery. If you are a manufacturer, payment will be for providing me with a firm price and delivery on the small amount, and a budget price for an annual supply. If you are an agent, payment will be for firm quotes for all 3 items. This project is definitely proceeding, and I would like to have it complete very soon, so speed is essential.
