Hi, I recently designed a small plastic device approximately the size of a car remote. I worked to the 1st prototype with the indentations and grooves finally defined. When it was introduced to the 3D printer it was rejected because the printer could not pick up the fine definitions of the model. I then had to widen the indentations and the grooves and it came out perfect. I can upload the samples here and will try and add them to my profile viewings.
