Alarm circuit with remote

The circuit should be powered by 12V (both via an internal rechargeable battery or external power source). When the circuit is closed via a switch for more then a certain period of time (still to be defined, lets say 3 seconds for now), it should activate a siren and send a radio signal (at least 100m range) to a remote buzzer. It should be possible via a switch to select what the circuit is going to do when closed (after the 3 seconds): activate the local siren or send the radio signal to the remote or do both. It should also have a led indicator (5 leds) to inform on the battery charge status when a button is pressed. The remote (also to be designed) should receive the signal end then either vibrate or sound an internal siren or do both (selection made with a switch on the remote). The remote should have the battery status indicator too. The circuit should be designed both in digital and analogical. The final boards should be kept as simple and economic as possible.
