I have a project that was only half completed. The person did not have the proper software to deliver the product in a high quality format. He said I needed it saved in "vector format" to product the results I need. Attached is the word document that was drawn up and the pdf that was done. You can see that the words are in high resolution but the large quotation mark is not. I just need someone who can deliver THE WHOLE PROJECT in high resolution. Thanks!!
