Adobe Photoshop Image required

I need to create a book cover for a self published book and need to create an image using adobe photoshop. I have a drawing (scanned) of the skull that I would like to use, but would like this done electronically and apply a similar background to another image. It needs to be 300 DPI and slightly larger than it would appear in printed form on the the book. The book size is 5 x 8 inches, so the image should be 6 x 10 inches. ## Deliverables The fire-skull is the sort of background effect I want to achieve but using the [login to view URL] picture as the main skull. [login to view URL] is a scanned painting so resolution won't be great and you can see brush marks so preferably this is recreated electronically or improved to look a better quality in photoshop. I need the photoshop PSD file once created - not just a JPG. I'll leave it up to you as designers to make the cover look attractive. Ideally the title will be a separate layer so that I can tweak it if necessary. As I said, this is for a book cover so I want it to look striking.
