Sir, you can see my portfolio for same working examples and this is not a hourly priced work, i will do you restoration work at 10 ASD each image and 4 color images in 20 ASD for each image. it can be completed in just 2 days after awarding me the job, in coloring image work there should be only one subject, mean one person, not scene or too much details things for color, because as much detail color subjects in one image as much it takes the time.
