Hello there, I will be among the more expensive options here, however I have almost 20 years experience with retouching and editing. I am also a professional photographer so I have a excellent understanding of culling large numbers. I work fast, and to the highest of standards. The culling portion of the job is the easiest part of this project, this is because I am not emotionally invested in the photographs, as they are taken by you instead of me. This will allow me to pick the best photographs very efficiently. Editing 800 photos is a much larger task. I think this whole job will take about a week unless you are whiling to cull the number down by a couple of hundred. Either way, I'm happy to do and ready and able! I also pick photos for editorial work and have been told I have an excellent photographic eye. I also have excellent colour and exposure correction knowledge along with Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop expertise. If you would like a demo or would like to request to see my portfolio, please let me know. When sending across 3000 images, i'm presuming you'd them as a contact sheet? Depending on the shoot, it should only take me 2-4 hours to determine the best images and then begin basic corrections. Overall should only take me 8-17 hours maximum each week.
