Digital Photo Retouching

I am looking for someone with strong photoshop skills to retouch digital images. Specifically, we are looking for color balancing, contrast enhancement, logo removal, sharpening & noise reduction. We will provide max quality JPEG files, we expect you to convert them to 16bit, perform the edits and then send us back finalized JPEGs. We have high standards, but this will be steady work for the right person. Expected volume of images is about 1,000 / month. For the person who can meet a good value/quality bar, this will be a multi-month gig. ## Deliverables We are looking for someone who will do the following where needed to our image library 1. Logo Removal - any logos on items like cell phones, computers, clothing, shoes, cars etc need to be removed from each image. This work needs to be high quality and the result should be invisible. i.e. it should not be possible to determine where the logo used to be. 2. Color Balancing/Levels & Curves adjustments - we expect the successful bidder to color balance and adjust levels for all images. We will provide settings for Black, White & Grey points. 3. Noise Reduction - We expect you to reduce digital noise as needed in all of our images. We can provide details on our specific requirements and settings. 4. Dust & Spot removal - We expect you to remove any dust spots and scratches from our digital files. 5. Sharpening - We expect you to sharpen all files as the last step in processing using our specifications. We can provide settings for a photoshop action. We expect quick turnaround time and our preference is to exchange files electronically. We will provide JPEGs. We would like you to convert them to 16bit, edit them and then save them as maximum quality JPEGs for reupload to us. We review all files for quality. Thank you.
