Video Creation For Web Page

We would like a page just like: [login to view URL] 1) Video will be created by you, with actors, etc., and of same great quality. We will help create the script and what will happen, but should be same length, same concept (or better preferably) 2) One page web page like above. Would like to see 3-4 different videos you have made that hopefully are similar. Need to have revisions until 100% satisfied with final work. We'll help along planning, so we'll do best we can to make this go well. Thank you.
