A website which facilitates a raffle of Caribbean vacations, with the following features: 1. Home page with tropical beach / vacation motif. Very enticing to vacation seekers, Flash elements. Should be striking to look at, visually appealing 2. “Prizes” Page which gives details as to what is to be won – text editable by owner 3. “Rules Page” giving the rules of the game – text editable by owner 4. “About us” page – editable by owner 5. All pages should have a common motif / look 6. Functionality for purchasing tickets, and issuing a randomly generated three digit ticket number, for each ticket purchased. Multiple ticket purchase possible. 7. Send automatic confirmation email to purchaser once the credit card purchase is approved, along with the three digit ticket number [001-999] 8. Every 999 tickets sold will be considered a “game” and must be assigned a number, eg “Game # 1” or ticket number 1-896 where 1 is the game number and 896 is the ticket number for game 1. 9. Reset itself for every game 10. Collect email address, phone number and name of each purchaser (maybe this can be part of the ticket purchase process) 11. Generate a random three digit number at the end of every game (999 tickets sold), this number will be the winning number, and each winning number must be attributable to a specific game eg. Winning Number 1-896 12. A file containing all details of purchasers for each game should be emailed to owner, or accessible by the owner 13. Email winning number to each ticket holder for the respective game 14. Two banners which can be placed on affiliate websites, one ½ “ x 2” the other 1” x 4” 15.
