Addon Script

Hi, I need a addon made for cPanel/WHM. It has to be in Perl/CGI/HTML. IT is somewhat simple, not too much to it, if you know how to work with cPanel/WHM. The script will also have to draw much information such as updates from our server. The addon will need to have a way of tracking down which servers are using our addon, and needs to have a license system, so when i sell this addon, they will need to have bought a license for it from me, and will need to activate the license in order to use the script. And also need all the information thats being drawn from my website such as updates to be first checked by our site if they are using a valid license and that its not nulled.
