Blog Search Application

I am seeking a programmer to develop a blog search and comment application similar to application here: [login to view URL] You can view a video on this site that demonstrates the application, and you can download a free trial version to see how it works. The functionality demonstrated in the software is required, plus the new functionality which is outlined in the attached document. Examples of past work in similar types of application is required to demonstrate competency.
