My basic pricing on your requirements are as follows: - Capturing of transactions on Pastel partner: R3.50 per entry; - Payroll and payslips per person: (Excluding payroll costs which are different due to different payroll systems available. I use whatever you prefer) My charge: R20.00 per person per payroll run; - PAYE returns to SARS (EMP201) R30.00 per return; - UIF returns to Dept. of Labour (only in cases where no PAYE returns are done) R50.00 per return; - VAT returns made to SARS: R70.00 per return; - EMP501 completion and submissions: R450.00; - Completing of IRP5 / IB3A certificates per employee: R25.00 - Full set of Annual Financial Statements per annum R2750.00 - CIPC returns excluding CIPC charge R250.00 - Management Reports per set R450.00 Any other relevant services can be quoted on.
