customer importer php

I need a customer importer written in php. this is a custom cre loaded system. we are importing customers from other cre loaded systems. all data is pretty close to the same structure. Here i basically what i need it to do. 1. grab customer info from a customers table 2. grab customers address info from another table 3. grab orders from another table 4. grab credit info from another table 5. grab credit downloads info from another table 6. grab affiliate id from another table in separate database if available 6a. if no affiliate info and they are of affiliate group give new affiliate id 7. check to see if customer already exists in current table structure by email address 7a. if already exists add credit, downloads and orders to new database 7b. if does not exist then add customer data in full this is not a very hard job but does need some understanding of how to work with multiple databases and writing a api to get the affiliate info. must be able to show outputs and examples before doing the actual import into real database. we can set this up on a demo server to test things before doing a real import. i do not expect this job would take more then a couple hours. i can do it myself but just do not have the time right now.
