Discount for clients set in the administator only shows correct in the shopping cart.

Hello. There is a problem on the webshop. You can give every client a certain discount in the admistrator, when that clients purchases products on the online shop he then automatically get's the discount. But it only works in the shopping card. For example if you set the discount at 17% in the administrator, it will show 17% in the shopping cart. But on the offer (which can be printed) it shows the default discount of 4%, the same on the homepage and in the checkout. (see the screenshots)
