Capture rss feed

I have a custom rss feed for one of my sites and want a script written that I can use to capture the feed and convert it to static web page content for my site, Whenever someone visits my site or refreshes the page the custom rss feed displays new information and I would like to collect the info and then have it added to my website in a way that the search engines will be able to crawl it. I am also looking for assistance in installing it on one test site and helping to ensure that it is search engine frienldly and bug free. I would like to get this done asap so please bid fast.
