Backup and then Upgrade phpBB

Need to backup (html directories and mySQL via mYSQL dump) phpBB v 3.0.4 and then upgrade to 3.0.7-PL1 (I believe the latest version). ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2.) Coder agrees that no partial payment shall be due for partial work completed. Coder must fully upgrade phpBB with out any errors for this project to be completed. ## Platform FreeBSD 6.2-Release PHP 5.2.12 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.7 (cli) (built: Dec 31 2009 02:42:54) I believe we are running phpBB v3.0.4
