Add Escrow Feature

Need someone to add an escrow feature exactly like getafreelancer, on an auction script. Add deposit, withdraw, request, and transfer. It will use paypal. Admin will take percentage.....as I said, exactly like the escrow feature on getafreelancer....I have an escrow script that has coding if you wish to use pieces of it.
