App such Google Calendar for Android + Iphone

I need a custom \"read only\" Calendar app (a kind of the well know Google Calendar) but much more simple. The main feature of this calendar will be ability to import specific http/webcal feeds and nothing else. Is not required to create, edit or cancel imported events.\r\n\r\nApp must be compatible with all IOS and Android version and well usable if installed on Tablet\r\n\r\nApp must always sync each 15min (configurable time option in app settings) with server for import events when internet access is available. When Sync is made, I would like sent a notification such \"Synchronisation has been made and XX events has been imported\" but only when events are really imported.\r\n\r\nFeeds which must be imported are maybe a little bit special, however they are perfectly imported in Google Calendar. They are supposed to be well imported too in Outlook 2007 and Ical but I did not tested.\r\n\r\n\r\nPlease see attached full specs for more details...
