Developing a simple joomla plugin for hotel sites

Hi, I need to develop a plugin for joomla. The plugin will be used to insert (on hotel-like sites) an online (and in the cloud) reception. The plugin should have a really simple configuration area, where one user can define 4,5, at max 6 preferences. Once the configuration is done, the plugin will introduce inside the site pages a simple html snippet, including a javascript and a pair of divs. We're <a href="[login to view URL]">WuBook Srl</a> (english site <a href="[login to view URL]">here</a>). The plugin must implement the following (js generated) form: <a href="[login to view URL]">form generated via js</a>. Our javascript framework populate it with a simple call. The plugin should insert the javascript framework on site pages and call the initializazion function (with some params, depending by the user settings). The same has to be done for wordpress. The plugins should be officially accepted inside joomla/wordpress community. Preferred things: github usage and IRC ## Deliverables We need an open source solution (BSD if possible, GPL otherwise).
