Develop several simple websites

Design and develop 5 websites (4 categorized and 1 to bind them all). - Code will consist of strong CSS, HTML and minor PHP. - Coder must provide unique and pre-specified graphic design. - Compelte content manager must be provided for future modification - Code must be simple, clean and with appropriate comments for any future reference by 3rd party. - Coder availability and online/phone presence for any communication and especially support MUST be high. ## Deliverables In addition to template terms below, coder must deliver the following things: A - Develop 5 website for various services provided, which will be: - Coded in CSS-rich HTML, with some PHP forms and minor applications. - CSS and code must comply as much as possible with standard. - Support ALL web browsers perfectly. - Run on a linux platform - Contain clear coding notes on every aspect of the code, in English. B - Provide a clear and thorough content manager to automate, modify, configure, tweak and add to any part of the website, including code, images, meta tags, title tags, ALT text, new pages under the CSS template, body text - everything. C - Provide a unique design developed together with the buyer. Possible use of free CSS templates found online if adequate ones are found. D - Websites will be approximately 20 pages each - accurate sitemap, developing and Q&A will be further communicated to bid winner. E - Warranty on all code for at least a year - Every glitch, bug or problem will be fixed with no additional charge. In addition, satisfying work will grant winner exclusivity on future jobs on the project and possible others. Template terms: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux based. Most function perfectly on ALL contemporary browsers (W3C full compliance)
