Data scrape / XML

Data scrape script required. Script will scape 1 realtor/estate agent website for property listings. Each property listing will be appended to an XML file. The purpose of the script is to return specific information on properties – e.g. Address, price, number of bedrooms, property description etc. The script will be initiated via a cron job once a day. Each time the cron is run, an XML file will be created, containing each of the property listings. The script will also copy the property images to destination server, so that they can be accessed locally. The required XML structure and the website to be scraped will be provided to the winner. This will likely result in repeat business in the future i.e. to scrape more websites Thanks
