Custom Joomla Component Needed

I am looking for a custom Joomla Component to be developed for my website. I am currently running **Joomla 1.7**. The component is a "Job board" ## Deliverables A quick overview of what I am trying to accomplish is this: I work in the Bail Bonding industry, most people know my job as a bounty hunter. When a client fails to go to court, I am given a file with the clients information and photo. At that point the client is considered a fugitive and has an active warrant for their arrest, of which I am tasked to find that person and arrest them. I am trying to develop a component for joomla that simplifies this process and makes it paperless. **Here are the main points i need the Jobboard component to accomplish** *(With details listed below) * public access - public or registered users can veiw a list view with a photo of all wanted fugitives(jobs) but not the details of the job Resgistered member can view a list view witha photo of all wanted fugitives(jobs) and have an option to get notified by email when a new job has been posted Companies can register to the site and have a profile & add new jobs to the database. with free or paid subscriptions either by job or by monthly plans. While registering teh company can choose a registered recovery agent that is already registered on the site to have access to view jobs Recovery agents can register on the site and have a profile ===================================== ===================================== ===================================== **EXAMPLE: ** Company 1 wants to start using our services. Company 1 already has a recovery agent they use for their work. Company 1 goes to the website, and registers. During registration they choose their subscription plan and develop their profile. Company 1 then informs their recovery agent to register on the website as a recovery agent. After the recovery agent 1 has registered and developed his/her profile, company 1 updates their profile with Recovery Agent 1 selected as their agent. At this point ALL of company 1's future job listing will be accessable by Company 1 and Recovery agent 1. All listings are editable by the company and the agent that has access, but CANNOT be deleted. Only SUPER admins can delete job postings. Company 1 then enters a "new job" or "wanted fugitive file" This file contains multiple customizable fields, including a photo upload area with up to 3 photos, and a file upload area where the company can upload a pdf file. When this job is posted it appears in a "jobs area" The details of this job are private and can only be seen by the company 1 and Recovery Agent 1. However the public can see the job title, the job photo and a few other details of the job in a list, but cannot access the details of the job. the same goes for company 2 and recovery agent 2 and so on. *Basically I need companie sto be able to securely transfer these wanted fugitive files to their recovery agents via this component. But another aspect of my website is to help the companies and their agents by have a "MOST WANTED" area that displays photos and certain custom fields to the public, so the public can call in "tips" on wanted fugitives. I am looking for something that works flawlessly and looks professional. Some aspects of this project will need to be taled about and worked out throughout the development process **I have purchased rights to a different job-board component that kind of works for what I am looking to get, however it needs to be tweeked and edited for my needs, and the creater of the component does not respond to my inquiries. If you want to work with this compononet instead of starting from scratch, i would be open to that.***
