Corporate Flash Site

I would like to have a flash site of around 10 to 12 pages. It will be a total static site except -> one contact us? & feedback form -> XML based testimonial and news section.. The project will be very simple for the expert. But the main thing is I would like to have 3 + mockups for the site its a rolling mill site. Ref Site: <[login to view URL]>? This for the reference and not for the design concept I need the good design with the great concept in flash. but remember I need 3 + mockups and if some one have ready that will be great but please study the site I have given and understand the purpose of the site... the site for reference is not for the desing is for the developer to understand the concept so that dev. can use his creation for his concept...
