Continued Development of existing Classified Ad Website

This bid is to continue development of an existing website; [login to view URL], with additional features and some changes to the exiting site. Updates will include changes to the admin panel, member login page, member admin page and more. This is a highly detailed bid and we have attached a 14-page word document with the specific information. Your bid will not be considered unless you have downloaded and read the scope of work detailed in the attached file. In addition, we have included the current website files in the attachment. ## Deliverables **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR DETAILS AND CURRENT SITE FILES: ** This bid if for the modification and continued development of an existing site, [[login to view URL]][1]. This is a classified ad site, which is currently operating on a limited basis. We have attached a 14-page document detailing the work that needs to be done. We have also attached the source code for the site. We have the following requirements: 1. **The job must be completed on time.** Delays will not be accepted. Should the coder take more than the agreed time, they do hereby agree to reduce the amount of the bid, through arbitration at a rate of 5% per day past the agreed date. 2. **The coder will supply DAILY updates (Monday - Friday)** of the progress that is being made. This is in addition to the weekly updates required by vWorker. 3. **The coder will install and test the site on our server** (using a sub domain) prior to the completion of the bid. You will be given full access to our HostGator VPN Server. **4.**** ** **All development, changes, modifications, and testing must be completed within 30 days.** At the end of 30 days, we will review the site and release 50% of the funds (if the new site and changes are functional). We will then test the site for a period of 5 business days and list any problems. At this point, the site will be integrated with our existing site and made live on our server. **This process cannot disrupt the operation of the site** for more than 12 hours and must be done after 2300 EST US. This process must also retain all current user postings and information on the site. You must fully backup the exiting site and database before proceeding. When you bid, please estimate the amount of time you will need. We are allowing 30 days.
