Cleaning Website

Hi, I am looking for a nicely designed cleaning website with flash animation etc, something that captures the Customers attention and loads up pages fast. There must be a place in it where Customers can get get quotes for office cleaning and seperate area where customers can get quotes for maid service home cleaning. Something like this <[login to view URL]> that I can add and remove tabs or content easy. The site should also have a newsletter and be capable of managing a few photos and video uploads. Need the site in very short time frame. Examples would be appreciated.
