Car Sales Auction Site

Car Sales Auction Site I want to build a second hand car auction site that will allow us to list cars for sale. I want to be able to upload new cars to the site and have a full backend system for adding / editing vehicles and content. Each week we will want to send a list of updated cars that we have for sale out to a mail list from the website. This mail list will give access to a private auction for each member on the mail list. Necessary Functionalities: - Website Design - Backend system for adding cars (pictures / details etc) and editing / adding content - Ability to send out a newsletter with the cars that were added to the website for the last week - Admin Log in system - Latest news section - Ability to Create Profiles - Ability to search cars - List Cars - Track Bids - Ability to search used cars like on [login to view URL] - The site will be hosted on a Apache server and will be constructed using PHP and MYSQL I only want to see examples of relevant work, and I will need proof that you are the developer. Developer logos will not be allowed on the website and we will need complete privacy regarding this deal. We must have access to the full source code when the project has been completed. The Quotation: I am looking for all bids to be accurate and final. There will be no room for renegotiation at a later date. The job will be signed off as completed when we agree everything is finished and working 100%. We will need a guarantee that the system will remain stable on a long term basis. There will be no pre-payment until the project has reached pre-established milestones. Winning Bidder: The winning bidder will: - Be able to work to deadlines - We don't want to work with a team of people. We want to work with the bidder. - Be available for communication and respond to communication in a quick fashion - Provide weekly status reports - Must be in communication with Gtalk or MSN Messenger daily Please provide me a complete proposal.
