Dolphin and Wordpress integration

We are a start-up company looking for an experienced programmer(s) that is capable of helping us to create a STABLE installation of Boonex's Dolphin social networking platform into a wordpress based website with additional functions.. possibly under a subdomain, however we would ideally like for the entire site to be integrated with dolphin's functionality whenever possible.. We would also like to be able to theme the site according to our own branding.. The right candidate should be english speaking and highly proficient in wordpress, boonex dolphin, css, mysql, php and any other languages or protocols that will be necessary in order to accomplish this task.. Speed of implementation and follow through to completion are both important factors.. this will be a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a great start-up company..
