Custom wordpress plugin

I'm looking for a talented wordpress plugin developer. You will need to create a plugin from the ground up, no modification and mixture other plugins, as this plugin will be on sale after its done. Please note, that after you finished the plugin, it will be our company's property, you can't alter, sell, etc after. I'll provide the design, and documentation for the plugin, even html code if necessary. What the plugin should be able to do: On installation: - Creating a pre-defined custom database table - Creating a custom user role with defined capabilities set - Creating 3 custom post types with defined custom fields on each - Creating different administration menus for the new user role, and the super admin After installation: (for super admin) - A new dashboard menu, with submenus (mainmenu: a customizable title and a textarea with visual editor and 3-4 extra fields under what the super admin can fill and update if necessary) (for the new user role) dashboard menus with the detailed custom post types, and some extra fields for the user) All data the plugin manages should go to the extra tables created (as the last point is an export/import option) You'll need to work online, good english preferred. Don't bid more then $150, don't send cheap bids with a much larger in a PM, as you'll be disapproved the moment.
