Convert 80 HTML Responsive BOOTSTRAP Theme to WORDPRESS THEME

I have 82 HTML Pages Responsive HTML BOOTSTRAP themes files with me which i purchased recently... I need someone who is good in Wordpress Theme Conversion, I need someone to convert these files to WORDPRESS THEME and able to use this theme on all wordpress version. Dont force me for more money , i have done many work before so i know, it the major work area is already completed that is theme creation into HTML and i have with me, just i need someone who is good in wordpress programming to convert these 82 HTML Pages Responsive HTML BOOTSTRAP into WORDPRESS THEME and include more quality jquery transition effects... The programmer dont need to code these jquery transition effects, i will provide you the script just u have to integrate it in files in proper way... so this area is also coverup so that programmer dont charge extra money from me I need it to converted soon, I am planning to start this work by next week, but before that i need someone good and honest programmer.
