I have designed what I want my wordpress theme to look like it is attached as a PDF. its a simple basic blog layout but unfortunately my css skills are basic so I'm looking for someone to turn my design in to a fully functioning wordpress blog template. I would like to pay one agreed upon fee once the wordpress theme is built, but would like some one who is willing to update the theme as my site evolves on an hourly rate as and when needed. I would expect to see examples of work before agreeing on the commission. I would like to launch the site this month but I am not working to a specific deadline. *REPOSTING PROJECT WITH PDF ATTACHED (i hope)
